Hey, Reader — are you someone who’s struggling with wonky hormones, painful periods, or maybe just sick and tired of being at odds with your cyclical body?

If this is you, I know it can be easy to want a quick fix, like a pill, a hack, or even a supplement that immediately makes the shift you’re craving happen NOW.

I know because...

I’ve been there. It was effing uncomfortable, and I wasn’t so sure I wanted to take the slow road.

Coming off of hormonal birth control was like chipping away at a decade-plus of gunk caked over my eyes that had blinded me to my own body.

I started coming back into my body in a way that I didn’t even realize I hadn’t been experiencing before the Pill, and tbh it was scary AF.

I had no clue how disconnected I’d been, or how much of that had contributed to the body dysmorphia and disordered eating patterns.

Because of this, I made the decision that I wanted to start understanding WHAT was actually going on in my body.

I had a sneaking sense that the painful periods and hormonal hell that had returned with a vengeance wasn’t actually my body punishing me…

Maybe it was trying to talk WITH me.

As miracles would have it, I found Lisa Lister‘s book, "Code Red" and began the practice of Cycle Tracking.

And that’s when the real magic started

🚦 SO, WHERE CAN YOU START?

In my opinion, Cycle Tracking is the beginning of any hormonal (or health) healing journey. This practice goes beyond plugging data into an app, but it’s still so simple and impactful.

It's so exciting to see so many women tracking their periods with the many different app options we have today. This is a huge part of the equation, no doubt — but it definitely doesn't cover everything.

Cyle Tracking for body literacy is a daily reflection practice (sort of like journaling, but way more low key).

I think there are 3 sort of “levels” to Cycle Tracking — like choose-your-own-adventure, gamifying vibes 😆
