🚪 yesterday's New Moon opened the doorway... will you walk through it?

Hey Reader,

yesterday, the New Moon in Leo opened up a doorway for us to enter into the energy of Lughnasa and honor this season of harvest.

while this isn’t always the case, this year’s Lughnasa Cross-Quarter Day is unique as it began with Lunar Lughnasa {the Moon in Leo} and builds to Solar Lughnasa {happening Wednesday, when the Sun touches 15* Leo}.

the Cross-Quarter Holy Day of Lughnasa is centered around honoring the harvest — both literally {blueberries, cucumbers, and melons, oh my!} as well as metaphorically by looking at all we’ve made manifest in our lives so far in this current journey on the Wheel of the Year.

much of what we create, or are called to create, has its roots in our innate gifts. it’s the inherent Soul impulse that propels us to step into the journey of creation and manifestation when it comes to all we dream of.

with the wisdom of Leo and the New Moon, we are learning from the archetype of Leo that teaches us that we are each born with our own unique brilliant signature, our way of lighting up the stage of life.

the Leo New Moon, Lunar Lughnasa, is a reminder that authentic self-expression is all about stepping into your OWN spotlight. there is no stealing someone else’s light because it’s about YOU allowing yourself to receive that spotlight that’s unique to you

this space between Lunar & Solar Lughnasa {on Wednesday} is a perfect opportunity to deepen your relationship with Mother Earth {and therefore your body!} by honoring this Cross-Quarter Holy Day.

Hey there Reader, I haven’t known how to write this — something to summarize my time in ceremony on the Olympic Peninsula last month with the men’s group Sacred Sons for their first co-ed gather, Convergence. But y'all are curious cats and I keep getting requests to share more — so let's give it a go... 📸 by @cam.naga I’ve been quietly fan-girling Sacred Sons for years via Instagram and followed their work as an intentional “Expander” for what I (hoped) was possible around the kind of man I...

Hey dear Reader, This week has felt heavy... But I know it's not just this particular past week as my family waited to see what would happen to my parents' home in Sarasota, FL. And it's not just the tears from watching entire Appalachian towns wiped off the map. And it's not just the anger as the American government continues to funnel money to wars overseas while citizen heroes are threatened for helping neighbors evacuate. It's all of it. It's the times we're in — this uncovering of the...

hey Reader, here’s the thing… I get that talking about the Wheel of the Year may seem a little… random? out there? sort of like… “who actually cares?”… most you found your way to me because I was sharing exclusively about cycle syncing and balancing hormones for our female bodies — which is an important topic! but like I shared last month, that was kind of a cop-out for me. But this — talking about the deeper aspects that have been part of my healing path {that I hope will serve you well,...
